Letter to the churches in Southern California
Dear leading brothers and saints of the churches in Southern California,
We would like to announce a blending conference for all the churches in Southern California that will take place on the weekend of June 9-10, 2018. For the last three years, we have held similar conferences, and each time all who attended were encouraged. This practice of gathering the churches in Southern California has afforded the Lord an opportunity to speak a specific word for the present need of the Lord’s recovery.
We look forward to the opportunity for all the saints in the churches in Southern California to be perfected into one through this special gathering! We look to the Lord that He will speak a timely word to meet the present need of all churches in Southern California.
The following are details related to the conference:
DATES: Saturday, June 9, 2018, to Lord’s Day, June 10, 2018
PLACE: Ministry Conference Center (MCC), Anaheim, California
Session 1 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM
Break 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM
Session 2 7:00 PM – 8:45 PM
Lord’s Day (6/10):
Lord’s Table 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Session 3 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
On the Saturday of the conference, a break will be provided between sessions for dinner. However, no food will be available for purchase at the MCC. Saints should either bring a sack dinner or plan on making other arrangements to provide for their own meals. Translation into Spanish, Chinese, and Korean will be available through personal FM radios and headsets.
Unlike previous years, though, children service will be provided for all three sessions of the conference(including Lord’s Day morning). However, pre-registration is strongly encouraged for the sake of the serving saints’ planning and preparation. More specific instructions will be sent to the churches shortly in a separate communication.
We urge all the saints in the churches to reserve this time to gather together for corporate blending and to enter into the Lord’s present speaking to the local churches in Southern California. May the God of peace be with all the saints.
In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
The co-workers in Southern California
