Parents may supervise infants, toddlers and preK children in an overflow room with a live audio/video conference feed in one of the rooms at 1916 W. Ball Road, Anaheim, California during all meetings of the conference. No children should be left unattended. (Note: this time we will not be able to provide childcare for children in preschool level, and there will not be a room at the Ministry Conference Center.)

  • Each child must be accompanied by one of his parents or an adult at all times.

  • There will be no kids over 5 years old even if their parents are caring for a younger sibling.

  • No toys will be provided. Please bring your own toys or anything that you may need to maintain your child entertained. Please do not bring any crayons, paint, markers, play-doh or anything that could stain the floor or the walls even if it is labeled as washable.

  • Do not make or receive any phone calls while in the room to allow others to listen to the meeting.

  • Please watch your child at all times.

  • Do not allow your child to wander outside of the room.

  • Do not wander around the other areas of the building.

  • Snacks will not be provided. Dinner will not be provided on Saturday. Please bring the food that you and your children will consume.

  • Due to limited space, no more than one adult taking care of a child.

Children meeting for Kindergarten to 6th graders

We are pleased to be able to gather the dear children of the saints in the churches for a wonderful time of blending at 1916 W. Ball Road, Anaheim, California. Your children will enjoy supervised activities, such as singing, story-telling, games, crafts, and snacks while meeting children of the same age from all over Southern California.

Age restriction

Children’s service will be provided on Saturday and Lord’s Day for children in levels Kindergarten through 6th grade. Children must be at least 5 years old to attend.

Check-In/Check-Out Time

Parents can check their children in during these times:

  • Session 1 (Friday Night): 6:45pm

  • Session 2 (Saturday Afternoon): 2:45-4:45pm
Please note that dinner will be provided, and you do not need to pick your children up during the conference dinner break. There will no dropping off children between 4:45-6:00pm.

  • Session 3 (Saturday Night): 6:15pm

  • Session 4 (Lord’s Day Morning): 8:45am

Check-In/Check-Out Procedures

We will use a check-in/check-out procedure that will require each child to wear an ID identifying their parents and their contact info; parents will be required to present matching ID or other means for verifying identification before a child is released by the serving ones to the parents. Only parents and legal guardians will be allowed to drop off or pickup their children.

The check-in/check-out procedures described above are being implemented to ensure the security of your children. We give first priority to the safety and well-being of your children and have made all arrangements with this in view.

Dinner (Saturday) and Snacks

Dinner will be provided on Saturday and simple snacks will be provided on Friday and Lord’s Day. Please indicate if your children have any food allergies on the registration form.
